Project Description
The basis of the joint funding initiatives was an intergovernmental agreement between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and DeKalb County Government and other metropolitan areas municipal governments to procure federal funding through USACE’s Civil Works Programming.
CERM subsequently teamed with a regional engineering firm and contractor to complete these projects, thus providing improved drainage in the impacted communities, and broadening stakeholder relationships with the impacted communities.
