Project Description
In a Special Election on March 17, 2015, the residents of the City of Atlanta passed the five (5) year $250M Renew Atlanta Bond Referendum. This initial referendum was expected to be the first of many bond referendums that were to be used to address Atlanta’s $1.02B infrastructure backlog that was identified in City reports produced in 2010 for Transportation and 2014 for Facilities.
In September 2016, the Program Management Team (PMT) was awarded a contract for the management of the City’s Renew Atlanta Bond Program. The PMT provided staff augmentation support for Renew Atlanta Projects and worked out of Atlanta City Hall Offices.
